Order Delivery Information
- Delivery Timeframe: We dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them to expedite the delivery process, adhering to the estimated timeframes displayed on our website.
- Courier Service: We exclusively utilize a professional courier company with a decade-long track record of reliability in handling heavy products and preventing damage during transit.
- Delivery Notification: Our courier notifies customers at least 24 hours prior to delivery, and the delivery driver provides an additional notification one hour before arrival to ensure a smooth process.
Note: For deliveries above ground level, customers need to coordinate with the courier for an additional fee.
Delivery Address Upgradation
We offer a money-back guarantee to ensure the quality of our products. If any part is received defective or damaged, customers have the right to claim a refund within 30 days of delivery. However, any address upgrades after the order is shipped will incur an additional courier service charge for rescheduling.
Product Guarantee
Customers must inform us of any address upgrades before order dispatch, as changing the delivery address post-dispatch is challenging and may incur extra charges. Additionally, if a customer receives a defective or damaged item, the following conditions must be met for a claim:

Customers seeking a full refund for returned items must ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original condition.
- No damage should be present to the product or packaging.
- The item must be in a resellable condition.
- All parts must be included.
- No modifications or assembly attempts should have been made.
Return and Exchange
Customers wishing to exchange products must meet the following conditions:
- Exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for courier service charges.
- The item must be in its original packaging or a resellable condition.
- All parts must be included, and no damage should be present to the product or packaging.
Change of Mind or Order Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is accepted under specific conditions:
- Cancellation is possible within 24 hours of order placement or before dispatch.
- Cancellation after dispatch incurs a deduction of courier charges from the refund.
- For delivered items, cancellation is accepted under certain conditions, including bearing courier service charges, returning the item in its original packaging and resellable condition, and subjecting it to professional inspection before processing the refund.
